CFHQ Rest Day

Team drills
(5 rounds)
9 tire flip/jump
12 pushups
200 meter run


There will be no class on Sunday.

    "Swim Gone Bad"
    3 Rounds
    1min Swim
    30s Pushups
    30s Situps
    30s Squats
    1min Rest

    Didn't really workout to well. Couldnt hear the timer on my watch while swimming so counted strokes. 30 out, 30 back. Ended up being like 1:15 swim each round. I think the rest period was too long.

    Also did 1.5 hour of yoga with my mother.
