  1. good job today lisa! killed it! i'm serious about tackling murph next week the "real way". let me know when! also, i think at sandy springs crossfit, we can call this exercise not "split jerk" but "split chace", huh?

  2. also wanted to say that chace is an amazing trainer. seriously, the dude cares and gives it 100 percent everytime i am there. thanks chace, you really make working out fun and a challenge at the same time. you will definately go far with this field or anything you choose to take on. you rule!
