How many time's have you attributed your soreness to lactic acid? Turns out you could be wrong. What your soreness is probably related to is the muscle fascia itself tearing: an actual physical damage rather than a build up of a chemical, soreness comes from the repair of the muscle.


  1. Tried to post last night from my Gilligan's Island (bamboo/cocoanut) computer at home and respond to the cottage cheese comment. (?) anyway; Yesterday, "Karen"=7:10, today, thank God - rest. Tomorrow, hang power clean, Friday "Cindy".

  2. Paul, Will you put something up about a Labor Day CF Fiesta? I am thinking WOD then pool party with some grilling and recovery drinks. Possibly could be workied out as an additional fundraiser for the FGBIV. Everyone throws down like $20 for food and drinks, etc.

    Maybe you can set up a poll or something to see who will be available?

    Can do. Want to give me a few more specifics? Date I can figure out, time (like 11:30?), whether we'd do BYOB or otherwise, anything else you'd want to include? I'll update once I can put that. And the poll. I like the idea of having it be a fundraiser for FGB as well.
