  1. Columns Drive is my favorite route. I'll probably be on the 5k Friday. CFHQ just keeps putting out awesome workouts that I don't wanna miss so I'm still behind:

  2. Recently, I have been really horrible about posting my workouts up here, but I'm going to get back on it. Guess it's a lot easier to do when sitting in front of a computer all day long.

    My strength bias programming hit a few bumps in the road. My upper forearms and right above my elbows started flaring up like a Christmas tree anytime I would grip any heavy weights or do some pull ups, so I took a week off and did some running, and a couple smaller metcons, which helped, and also talked things over with Chace and re-worked the programming. So kind of starting over from the beginning but it happens.

    Iron Cross practice
    Strength
    Back Squat - 175x3x5
    AMRAP 135# - 15 reps

    Wednesday
    Gymnastic Work
    Headstand Balance - 55s, 46s
    HSPU Hold + Negative - 15s, 35s, 30s

    10" Box - 5x2x2 As Low as possible

    AMRAP 205# - 20 reps
    Forearms didn't flare up after this, so that was exciting

    Sunday
    Fifty mile memorial ride for my uncle. Farthest I've rode thus far and an amazing experience. Over 200 people showed up for the ride, the weather was perfect. Best ride of my life.
