Dumbell Thrusters (40 .45lbs.) x 15
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
Farmer carry (70lbs) up / down hill
Wall ball (20lb) 30 shots
box jumps (20 inch) 30 jumps
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
10 tire flips
Run 800 meters

  1. I hit yesterday's 15 Hang Cleans (115lb.), ring dips x 12, 21 situps (20 min amrap)......ouch. I changed my depends, took some gerital, brushed my dentures and still beat Ryan's 5 rounds by doing 6 rounds. Weeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaawwww!

  4. good job on the 6 rounds nate. its guys like you that make me realize that, even though death is knocking at your door and there is no way you could live that much longer, you just have to keep going. thanks nate for showing me that old age is not just a number, but the time in your life right before you are dead.
