  3. For some reason, my forearms are totally disabled. My fingers don't work well either.

    Could it be from flipping TRACTOR TIRES this morning?

    The best thing about this workout was by shirt turning black, my arms and legs covered in dirt...I told folks I spent the morning on a farm shoveling s&*t.

  5. I thought the tire flippin day was awesome. I felt like a kid out there jumping on tires and running around in the rain. Sure does beat concentration curls and treadmills at the globo down the street!
