Corporal Ryan C. McGhee, 21, was killed in action on May 13, 2009 by small arms fire during combat in central Iraq. He served with 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment of Fort Benning, Ga. This was his fourth deployment, his first to Iraq. Ryan was engaged to Ashleigh Mitchell of Fredericksburg, VA. He is survived by his father Steven McGhee of Myrtle Beach S.C., his mother Sherrie Battle McGhee, and his brother Zachary.

I was looking forward to the WOD today, then I was informed I have softball at 5:30. I tried soooo hard to wake up and come in at 6:00 am. Obviously that was a failure. Guess I will have to make it up on Saturday morning.

ReplyDeleteI play two sports (I won't count kickball even though I somehow injured myself in it). Most of the time I am playing in two hockey leagues at the same time.
ReplyDeleteDear Nate - Your gym is costing me additional money not expected. Today I put on my golf shirt and the sleeves were too tight. I didn't know I would get guns included with my monthly membership dues...need to up the clothing budget though.

ReplyDeleteSitting on a 4 hour flight...middle seat very last by bathroom...left of me is 400 pound lady eating an onion-mustard-relish-hotdog(btw I think hot dogsare disgusting) okay moving along...onthe other side of this hell sandwich is a crying sneezing screaming 2year old. Did I mention I have no where literally to put my very sore aching left arm while the rt arm is covered in baby spit...which normally I really don't mind....but 4hours?!?!?
