Today Strength Front Squat 155x3x3 Back Squat AMRAP @ 135# - 18 Reps Metcon 10min AMRAP 250m Row 11 SDHP, 95# 8 Pull Ups 3 Rounds, finished the fourth in 11:20 That was brutal, pull, pull, pull... Grip was fried after first round.

Snatch 75 (hit myself in the chin with this one) 95 115 135 140 145 (missed 2x) 125x1x3
Didn't get to finish with any body weight stuff as 4 p.m. got here too soon, so fit in some Iron Cross and Skin the Cat work between classes this afternoon.
Nothing can take normal, sane, reasonable people into the depths of insanity and irritability quicker than a jump rope.
