chris, sorry to hear brotha; feel better. that thang tried to get hold of me this week, both kids and wife have it. i made sure to get mucho rest and gallon of h2o daily always.
Had some weird food stuffs at my mom's office Halloween Party: Boiled Pig's Ear, Blood Sausage, Durian, Jack Fruit, Chicken Feet, Fried Pig intestine. My stomach wasn't feeling too hot after this. I decided to come in and see what I can make of the day.
Warm Up: Jump Rope: Mainly single's a few double unders. Finally bought a jump rope ("This is my jump rope. There are many like it but this one is mine. This jump rope is my friend")to conquer the freaking double under. I'm tired of being taunted by a simple piece of rope.
C+J Singles up to 185 (new pr)
DL Singles up to 345, below my pr but still a good day.
Finished with "Skin the Cat" practice. I think a front lever is next. Or a muscle up. Really want to get one of those.
Hey guys. At first I missed because of soreness from my "Perfect Storm" outing. Now everyone at my house has the flu too. I still feel rough! Hope to be back next monday. Miss hitting with yall.

The CrossFit model of training is the on the cutting edge of fitness. Within the community, we are making discoveries and creating new standards to achieve a higher level of fitness everyday. The methodology and prescription of CrossFit are tested on a regular basis as should be with any good scientific model.
The main goal of CrossFit, as should be with any "fitness" program, is to envoke in our ourselves and eachother a higher level of fitness. In order to do that we have to give the word fitness a definition.
