Hello! NAte, awesome video, so sick. you are a monster. hope everyone is doing well and making progress! been hitting wods bout 5 days a week and loving it out here. learned a new trick, too! i'll have to send you guys a photo!
Yikes! I look faaaat. If I ever do another pullup anytime soon, I will scream. That makes a total of 200+ pullups in the last 3 days alone. There should be a law
Lots of technique work today. Got my press/push press/push jerk and my deadlift/SDLHP/MB smoothed out. Two workouts today:
Tabata Squats: 13
and
Fran (RX) DNF
I didn't finish Fran in the required 10 minutes. Probably should have scaled this one, but pride got in the way. Stupid, stupid pride. Still I worked hard and was crushed by this workout. It was pretty great getting yelled at by Jon Gilson and Russell Berger (two names you've either seen on here or on the Crossfit Journal)even if I couldn't do another rep.
Day 2 tomorrow and stoked. I already have plenty of stuff for you guys that we'll work on when I get back Monday

The CrossFit model of training is the on the cutting edge of fitness. Within the community, we are making discoveries and creating new standards to achieve a higher level of fitness everyday. The methodology and prescription of CrossFit are tested on a regular basis as should be with any good scientific model.
The main goal of CrossFit, as should be with any "fitness" program, is to envoke in our ourselves and eachother a higher level of fitness. In order to do that we have to give the word fitness a definition.
Here is a great article defining fitness from the founder of CrossFit, Greg Glassman.
