What an awesome Saturday. Had some serious badasses running around the gym.
ReplyDeleteDid the WOD with Pops after the 10:00 class. That was a brutal workout. Had to slow down a few times, because Pops took a few spills and thought he broke his hip. Turned out to just be a depends issue. Great job regardless Pops. Like Ryan says, it's inspiring watching someone sooooo close to death working out like you do.
